About Attorney Allison Deraney

Allison has been practicing law since her admittance to the Massachusetts Bar in 2008. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (B.A. in English, magna cum laude, 2000) and New England School of Law (J.D. 2007). Allison specializes in the representation of mortgage lenders in a variety of matters including title resolution and real estate closings. Allison also represents Buyers and Sellers with all their residential real estate needs. Her clients benefit from her calm and collected demeanor. Allison believes this approach can reduce the stress that often accompanies buying or selling a home. With her goal to make real estate transactions a positive experience for all, Attorney Deraney tries to keep things upbeat every step of the way. From introduction until closing, her clients’ needs remain Allison’s top priority.

Allison is a lifelong Massachusetts resident and currently lives in Sharon with her husband, two children, and their rescue dog. In her spare time, she enjoys being active outdoors with her family and enjoys running.
